Alicia is one of those rare people who is always there when someone else is in need. Whether serving faithfully at church, volunteering in her community, supporting mission work through Cristo Vida, or loving her family well, she pours herself into the lives of others with compassion and unwavering faith. Recently, Alicia faced an unexpected medical emergency when doctors discovered a brain tumor that required immediate surgery. By God’s grace, the pathology results came back benign, but her journey has still been incredibly difficult. She spent 12 nights in the Neuro ICU under close monitoring before finally being able to return home to continue her recovery. As Alicia heals and regains her strength, we would love to surround her and her husband with the same love and care she has so freely given to so many others. Providing meals is one small way we can lighten their load, encourage them during this season, and remind them that they are deeply loved and supported through every step of this journey.
