Hey Family & Friends, Well as most of you know, I am scheduled to have my Kidney Transplant in Dallas on November 18th. Ed will be my Living Donor. That being said, the both of us will be hospitalized that day, and hopefully Ed will be able to recover at home with a day or two. We will be flying out my Sister in Law to help us recover at home. That being said, I could use some help with some Dinner meals for us. If you enjoy cooking and live near us, and like to cook us something simple that would be so helpful! My out of state Family and Friends, if you would like to donate gift cards to restaurants that could cater us some meals, that would be helpful as well. I’m not big on asking for help, but this Transplant is going to be a long road of recovery for us as a Family. Anything will help, Meals, Prayers gladly accepted. Thank you.
We pretty much eat everything, expect Seafood. Some of the restaurants we like and can order from are Chilis, Texas Roadhouse, Logan’s and Chipotle.
