ALLERGIES: egg & soy SENSITIVITIES: banana, tomato in large amounts like pasta sauce (small amounts like a topping or dip are okay) I know food restrictions can make it so hard to cook for other people! Recipes that are labeled as “Paleo” almost always fit our restrictions. (We eat grains and rice though, so no need to use substitutions for those type of ingredients.) Don’t be afraid to keep it super simple with just a grilled meat and veggies if that’s easiest. If you have questions or need help with substitutions just text me! For baked goods eggs are usually pretty easy to substitute and there are easy soy sauce substitutes, too. Please be careful of allergens in packaged or premade items like sauces, condiments (mayo!), dressings, breads/rolls, and desserts (cookies, ice cream, etc).
