Lots of changes are coming for the Baker family, please join me in coming together to care for and support them during this season. Many of you may know Logan and Isabella are expecting their baby girl soon, that is a change we were expecting and are welcoming with joy. Some of you may also be aware of the health issues Isabella was working on addressing, especially in the last year. This last month they received the diagnosis for her issues, and through biopsy they confirmed she has Stage 2 Classic Hodgkins Lymphoma, with tumors in her neck, chest and axilla. The cancer is also making her liver and gallbladder distended so she has cholestasis as well. We are thankful for the oncology and maternal care staff that are working with Isabella and Logan to provide her and baby with the best care they can provide. They have a treatment plan in place and it will require a lot of sacrifices on Logan and Isabella’s end, and I’m hoping that we can live up to Galatians 6:2, bearing one another’s burdens, and show up for them in as many ways as we can, as they have a long journey ahead. Please use the calendar below to sign up for a chore and take one load off of their plate at a time. No meals at this time as that is already being taken care of but if you are unable to help by giving your time please keep them in your prayers, as this will be an adjustment for Logan, Isabella, their son Micah and baby.
