Leslie had to have her hip replaced. Her husband is in a care facility, and her family is either far away or has employment commitments and can not be with her during most of her recovery. She will need help with meals, some light cleaning, and assistance with her two doggies, whom she adores.
***Update*** 7/20/25 I just found out that Leslie has a slight allergy to eggs. She can eat a dish when the recipe calls for eggs, but she cannot eat a dish that is predominantly eggs. No - Egg bites, Egg salad, Devil eggs, and the like. Leslie would prefer small eats and treats over full meals, except the King Ranch Chicken. I have included a link below to a recipe if you'd like to make this for her and don't have one. If you want to make a full dish, please break it down into freezeable one-meal portions.
