Hi friends, As you all know EOE runs a huge part of my life as a mom, and fellow advocate for a cure. I have a friend who is struggling with managing the disease, alongside other comorbidities and autoimmune diseases. (Quite common for more than one to be treated at a time.) She is getting an NG placed tomorrow for medical formula. Sarah is a hard working single mom of 2 so daughters, and will need some support with meals for a while. As I know preparing food while you are limiting your own food intake is challenging. So please consider supporting her and the girls.
