Hi friends, as most of you know I've had a mostly bad knee for most of my life.  Early injuries started in gymnastics and basketball and over the last 31 years I have had 4 surgeries and have been living without an ACL for at least 5 years.  I'm due for an upgrade and on May 19 I'll get shiny-new replacement parts.  Over the rest of the spring and summer, I will learn to walk, ride, run, and dance again.
