I started this page to try to get help for me and my husband. I lost my job in April and he is the only one working at the moment and we are struggling making it on just his check. It has gotten to where we hardly ever have food and my husband is prediabetic and has started having health issues from not being able to eat right. It is just me and my husband and our 3 cats and 2 dogs that were all strays but are now part of our family. I'm am in the process of getting another job and I wish we didn't have to ask for help but my husband works hard and takes care of us and I don't want him to have health issues because we can't afford food.
