Lucie (Chante’s momma) has been in the hospital following illness and surgery and is expected to be discharged any day now. Chante works full time and is raising a preteen and is Lucie’s sole caretaker. NO SHELLFISH- SHELLFISH ALLERGY Low carb, gluten free are highly recommended since Lucie is diabetic and they are a gluten free family! Fish, chicken, veggies, fruit, Mediterranean diet, salads - all great ideas!
