Let’s lend a hand to our favorite hater and lover, Bobby!!! As many of you know- he suffered a very unexpected heart attack on Monday 8/17 after playing pickleball. He is resting at home in Healdsburg and off work for at least several weeks. what would be most helpful is people to drop off heart-healthy meals or send gift cards/takeout to make his and Ari’s daily efforts easier. More to come! He will also be needing help moving some of his things from SR to Healdsburg in the coming month. But first things first!
Obviously heart-healthy meals only- eliminating heavy dairy, sodium, or fried foods. Think “Mediterranean Diet” with plenty of veggies, lean meats, healthy fats, and grains. They would also LOVE anything breakfast related that can be prepared in advance and dropped off the evening before ie; breakfast bake, quiche, frittata.
