Yolanda has been a part of the Alliant family since 2008, showing up every day with dedication, heart, and a steady commitment to the people she serves. For many of us, she’s more than a coworker—she’s someone we rely on, care about, and truly value. Recently, Yolanda was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer, with involvement in both lymph nodes. She is currently navigating a full schedule of appointments, scans, and follow-ups to determine the best course of treatment moving forward. While she remains strong and positive, this is an exhausting and emotionally heavy time. Outside of work, Yolanda is a proud mom and grandmother. Her son and grandson live in New York, and they are a constant source of love, motivation, and strength for her—even from miles away. Yolanda has shared that she’s feeling tired but deeply wants to stay connected and involved.
