Our dear friend heard the words no one ever wants to hear. With lots of prayers and support from her friends and family, Jen is going to kick cancers butt! She is scheduled to have a bilateral mastectomy on Monday, September 15th. Jen will be spending at least one night in the hospital, then returning home to recover. Doctors have instructed her to refrain from moving the first two weeks and then limited movement and lifting for at least a month. We all know this is going to be extremely hard for Jennifer to not be able to cook, run errands, do laundry or clean for her family. Ok, maybe she will enjoy not worrying about cleaning and laundry 😉. The cleaning, etc. will be taken care of but, Jen will need our help with feeding her family. If you are able to sign up for a meal or two, it would really help her out. She is blessed with so many loving friends and I am thankful for all of you. 🥰 Natalie
