In December of 2025 Nora Cognetta was diagnosed with Invasive ductal carcinoma. Due to this diagnosis she will undergo a double mastectomy and reconstruction and have a port put in on February 11, 2026. 10 days to two weeks after this intense procedure she will start chemo for 4-6 months. What happens after this depends on how she responds to chemo. As you know, Nora is the heart of her family! She is the care taker of all things and is so foundational to making everything work. Chris has a lot to take over so we are asking her community to chip in! We are trying to raise money to get her house cleaned and help with laundry and will connect this page with gift cards to some other helpful ways to support.
