Connie lived a beautiful 88 years, surrounded by the love of her family and the comfort of home. In her final season of life, her son Steve was there with her, sharing daily life, helping care for her, and simply being present. Now, as Steve grieves the loss of his mom and adjusts to the quiet of being home without her, we would love to surround him with some practical support.
