My name is Marcia, and last year my life changed in an instant when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. Before my diagnosis, I never imagined I would be facing one of the biggest battles of my life. Since then, I have undergone ongoing treatments, countless medical appointments, tests, and procedures. The physical and emotional toll has been overwhelming at times, but I continue to fight every day with hope, determination, and the support of my loved ones. Cancer has affected every part of my life. While focusing on treatment and recovery, I have also faced financial challenges from medical expenses, transportation costs, medications, and the loss of income that often comes with managing a serious illness. The stress of these financial burdens has added to an already difficult journey. Despite the challenges, I remain committed to my treatment and to doing everything I can to overcome this disease.
