Cornucopia Care for Lupe

W
Story

Greetings my dear one. I hold you in high esteem for being a person I can reach out to. Until the time comes when "no resident will say, 'I am sick'" I ask if you can bring a little comfort to my friend Lupe. We met in 2002 when we worked together at EDD and she saw a Watchtower on my desk and asked me about my faith. It led to a bible study. Life happened and circumstances interfered with her spiritual progress. We kept in touch but not consistent. Fast forward to last summer and she informed me of her decline in health. Respecting her privacy, I am limited to share that her journey has led her to resuming her Bible study so she can focus on her spiritual health. She has advanced to lesson 15 in the Enjoy Life Forever book and is even teaching her friends what she is learning. Due to her decline in health, attending meetings in person requires a lot of energy which isn't easy to come by.

Special Notes

She has been asked to have a high protein diet to meet criteria to be considered for a surgery. Regardless of your ability to provide a meal, medicine comes in a variety of forms. A simple hello to let her know you represent my friendship from afar is greatly appreciated by me. If your schedule allows to just meet her while you are out in the ministry, that will be of great encouragement. She just retired so any time between typical office hours would be great to see how she is doing and cheer her on to continue studying. She may need a few minutes to get to the door. She is not allergic to any food, flowers, or personalities.
