Our sweet friend, Christal, is gearing up to battle her second round of breast cancer. She will undergo a bilateral mastectomy on Friday, September 18th and will be out of work for several weeks as she recovers. While we know our Christal is a tough girl and that she will be okay, this is an overwhelming time and she does have some pressing concerns. We are hoping that this page will direct you to ways you can help with encouragement, meals, and financial assistance to get back on her feet and feeling 100%! Christal is easy to feed and has very few restrictions. However, easy to digest meals are preferred for the initial week after surgery. Please remember she will be working to maintain her immune system and would appreciate that you reschedule your meal day if you are feeling sick.
