There are no words that can truly prepare a family for a loss like this. As many of you know, Shirley and Bobby weren’t just his sister and brother —they were some of his best friends. They loved him fiercely, stood beside him through every high and low, and never stopped trying to help him. The love they had for jojo was unwavering, and this loss has left an unimaginable hole in the hearts of her, Ty, and their two children and Bobby. While they are grieving, they are also carrying the weight of helping coordinate his celebration of life and be there and supporting everyone around them. In the middle of all of that, even the simplest daily tasks, like figuring out what to make for dinner, can feel overwhelming. This meal train is a way for all of us to wrap our arms around their family and remind them they don’t have to carry everything alone.
