Hi, Salem Overlook Family! This is a story about our neighbors, the Agapis Family. They recently lost their home in a devastating fire. They have been a part of Salem Overlook Neighborhood for the past four years. Megan and George have a little boy named Theo and two dogs, Sassy and Bunkie, and I can only imagine how overwhelming and heartbreaking this time must be for them. While we can’t replace what they’ve lost, I thought it would be a wonderful gesture to come together and provide them with a thought and prayer, and gift cards/donations to help with some of the immediate expenses and necessities they’re facing. If you’re able and willing to contribute, any amount would be greatly appreciated. Even a few dollars from each of us can add up and make a meaningful difference for this family. There is absolutely no pressure to donate — we simply want to give our neighbors a little extra support and let them know that their community is behind them during such a difficult time. ❤️ Thank you so much to everyone who is able to help, and thank you for being part of a neighborhood that looks out for one another. ❤️🏡
You are not alone. In the midst of such imaginable loss, we hope you can feel the love and support surrounding you. You have a whole community standing beside you, ready to help you through the days ahead. Please know that you are in our thoughts, our hearts and our prayers. We hope this small gesture reminds you that you are surrounded by people who care and are here for you.
