Karie was a dancer all her life. In her late 30's she began to have health problems. She was diagnosed with degenerative disc, that is progressing fast. She has had multiple surgeries on her back with more in the future. She also has to have neck surgery and surgery on both hands due to lack of feeling. She also has polycystic ovarian syndrome and possible yet to be diagnosed autoimmune diseases. Not to mention the major digestive problems she is facing. All she has is Medicaid so any help that could be given would be huge. As of now, she barely is able to walk from the bed to the bathroom, and that is pretty much her life these days. Karie loves to a fault and is always thinking of others before herself. It would be amazing if some kind people would think of her. Karie is constantly in severe pain and every Dr. tells her she needs pain management but when we go, then won't treat her because these on Medicaid doctors. The doctors that will treat her want $350 out of pocket just to see her and I (her husband) am the only one working supporting a family of 3 on $16 an hour, so any help would be a gift from God.
Karie has no dietary restrictions.
