KVC Missouri’s Transitional Living Program (TLP) is a vital initiative that helps youth transition from alternative care to self-sufficiency by providing a safe and structured environment. Safe Living Environment: Two homes in Columbia, MO (one for boys and one for girls), each housing up to eight youth aged 16–20. Case Management Support: Assistance with daily living activities, employment, education, transportation, and medical care.
