Jasmine is our family cat, and she is more than just a pet, she is part of our family and has been by our side through every hardship we’ve faced. She has always been sweet, gentle, and full of love, especially with our kids. Over the last couple of days, Jasmine’s health suddenly collapsed. She became extremely weak, started having trouble breathing, and could barely move. We rushed her for emergency care, but the vet bills are far more than what we can afford right now. We were told her condition is serious, and that without proper treatment, she could die. We are not the kind of people who ask for help easily, but we are truly out of options. I am already juggling bills, trying to keep my household afloat, and taking care of my kids. The emergency estimate is far beyond what we have, and we’re being asked to pay in full before they’ll treat her. I have called every low-cost clinic, every rescue, every emergency assistance program I could find. Some don’t have funding right now, and others require upfront costs we just do not have.
