Supporting the Shootingbear Family in Their Time of Loss Hi everyone, Paula and I are organizing this fundraiser with heavy hearts to support our relative, Hannah Shootingbear, and her family through an unbearable tragedy. They have suffered the devastating loss of their only daughter and sister, Mariah. There are no words for this kind of pain, and our hearts are with them as they move through this impossible moment. Hannah has poured herself into our Indigenous community for years; both personally and through Indigenous Now. She has shown up for so many of us. Now it’s our turn to stand with her and her family. We are organizing this meal train for them indefinitely while we raise the funds to help them take her home. and will try and continue for when they come back as we all know mourning and grief are not quick processes. Hannah does not have a personal email so I am receiving any giftcards and sending them her way. Thank you for standing with them in love, grief, and solidarity.
