Hi family and friends! My postpartum journey has been a bit of an emotional roller coaster ride to say the least. I've also been battling postpartum depression which is not easy for me to talk about. It has definitely been challenging. I had a pretty traumatic labor and delivery experience, coupled with an unexpected NICU stay for Adeline. Needless to say, I have had a lot of high highs and low lows and everyday since giving birth has been a mental struggle.
