Rally for Ryan has been created to help alleviate some stress from the Donahue family during this time. On September 27th, Ryan suffered a severe allergic reaction at his home leading to anaphylactic shock and cardiac arrest. He is recovering in hospital but has a long road ahead. Ryan and his wife, Britnie, have a 2 year old son Jack, a 7 month old daughter Emma, and a 3rd child on the way. Ryan was born and raised on the south side of Chicago and is a proud graduate of St. Rita High School and the University of Iowa where he excelled in his football career. Ryan is a devoted father, husband, son, brother, teammate, and friend to so many. Those who know him know his kindness and his ability to make anyone feel comfortable and welcome. The last thing that Britnie has time for is meal preparation so we hope the community can rally around and help with that. If you are able, please sign up to drop off a meal. I am also happy to coordinate drop-offs with the south side crew. If a meal needs to be dropped off earlier in the day, we can make that work. A donation toward a meal would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you
