Supporting Meg through Chemo

Los Angeles, CA

Story

A few weeks ago, our family’s world changed unexpectedly. My sister, Meghan Kaltenbach, was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and spent nearly 3 weeks in the ICU. She is finally home and beginning a long road ahead with 6 months of chemotherapy treatment. We’re so grateful she’s home, but the next several months will bring a lot of physical, emotional, and financial challenges for her and her support system. Right now, meals can be difficult because chemo has made her very sensitive to smells and foods she normally enjoys can suddenly become unappealing or hard to tolerate. Because of that, grocery and delivery gift cards would be the most helpful way to support her during this time. Gift cards for grocery stores or restaurants would help take some of the daily pressure off of Meg and her boyfriend Al as they navigate appointments, treatments, and recovery. If you feel moved to help, anything truly makes a difference — whether it’s a gift card, a message, prayers, or simply sharing this page. We are incredibly thankful for the love and support surrounding her already. Thank you for helping lighten the load during such a hard season. ❤️
