Raelynn's Helping Hearts

W
Story

Our family is going through a time we never could have prepared for. My daughter is fighting her own battle with illness, yet she continues to show up every day—working full time, pushing through exhaustion, and doing everything she can to hold her family together. At the same time, her newborn baby is in the NICU, born far too early and fighting to grow stronger each day. At home, there is also a 22-month-old little boy who needs love, care, and stability—too young to understand why his parents can’t always be there the way they want to be. The baby’s father is doing everything he can as well, working two jobs to try to keep up with the growing demands. Despite all their efforts, the stress is overwhelming. Between hospital visits, long work hours, and caring for their toddler, there is barely time to rest—let alone recover. Financially, things are becoming more difficult. Hospital bills are piling up, and everyday expenses like gas, groceries, and childcare are becoming harder to manage. This is where we humbly ask for help. Any support—no matter how small—can make a meaningful difference. Help with meals, gas costs for trips back and forth to the hospital, babysitting for their toddler, or assistance with bills would ease some of the weight they are carrying right now. Most of all, we ask for understanding, kindness, and prayers as this family navigates one of the hardest seasons of their lives. They are doing everything they can. Now, they just need a little help to get through.
