Dan recently had a minor stroke that has taken him off of work for a little while. He has always been a hard worker and also a huge support system for his wife Jackie as she is unable to drive and get around very well herself. Jackie works full time herself but is unable to a lot at home. He can not work or drive until further notice. The stroke has made it very hard for Dan to get around on his own and needs someone with him at all times to help him while he recovers. Dan and Jackie have a daughter that is there every step of the way but they could greatly benefit with help with dinners. With all that's going on making meals is hard with the schedule and they would love some home cooked meals sometimes or just something to make life a little easier.
They try to keep meals healthier and leaner but they are not allergic to anything. However Jackie can not do raw tomatoes or things with seeds
