Thank you so much for preparing a meal for the Mattioli's. We hope it brings them a bit of comfort as they move between Theresa’s hospital stays and time at home. Wednesday meals are for John and possibly one additional person, as Theresa will be in the hospital receiving treatment. Saturday meals are for when Theresa is home, and since they often have family visiting, those meals are planned for four people. We love italian, but the pasta is too high carb :). We love soups, mexican, etc. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!
The Mattiolis are focusing on high-protein, low-carb, low-sugar meals with minimal red meat. They love leftovers, so cooking extra is always welcome. Please bring food in disposable containers.
