As some of you may know, Al Campbell recently moved to Fairway Knoll Assisted Living, located in Germantown on Mequon at the south end of the golf course. Since moving, Al no longer has access to a car or a driver’s license. Al has been a devoted and active member of our church community, participating in groups such as bells, choir, quartet, and at least two Bible studies, as well as regularly attending church services. He would love to continue engaging in these activities, including singing with the choir and the Noisy Boys. To make this possible, we’re putting together a transportation plan so Al can remain connected to our church family. For this week, we have his transportation covered—Sherry and I will be picking him up for choir practice tonight, and Stacie will bring him to church on Sunday. Our goal is to create a calendar where volunteers can sign up to give Al rides to SOTH for various events. I’m asking if you would be willing to help with this transportation ministry, depending on your availability. Al’s home coordinator is his daughter, Tammy, who stays in touch with Al to make sure he’s aware of upcoming events and ready when it’s time to go. We want to keep Al actively involved in SOTH as a valued member of our church family. John
