If you know Christie Jacobs, you know she has the biggest heart. Christie lights up the room with her kind spirit & joyful attitude. She always finds ways to make people feel loved, cared for and seen. This January, her husband of 21 years, Steve, was diagnosed with two forms of Cancer including throat. He has bravely fought, going through 15 rounds of chemotherapy with Christie right by his side. After a hospital admission at the end of October, he was sent home and placed on hospice. Our hope is to surround this beautiful family in love during this difficult time.
