After 87 days in the NICU and ICC, Grace is finally coming home! As a CDH + CHD baby, she's braved ventilators, surgeries, IVs and PICC lines, feeding tubes, and countless other procedures along the way. For nearly 3 months, Andrew, Emily, and Eva have split their time between the hospital and home. As mom, dad, and big sis transition into this next chapter, their needs will be shifting as well. Grace is coming home with a feeding tube and some unique needs related to her diagnoses. As you might imagine, the cost for a hospital stay like Grace's is astronomical. While many expenses will end up covered by insurance, others won't. In addition to parking passes, trips to and from the hospital, and anticipated loss of income, they will be needing some unexpected items like adaptive clothing and medical supplies. As a family, they're also still processing everything they've experienced since welcoming Grace into the world. Let's come together to show our love and support for the Longs as they continue their healing journey together at home.
