As Tyler navigates her breast cancer journey, we’d love to help lighten her load. Providing a meal, a meal gift card, or making a contribution to her Venmo to help pay for cleaning services are all easy ways to show support and allow her to concentrate on healing. Tyler is home and is on the path to recovering from 4 procedures done under 13 hours of anesthesia. She had a double masectomy (both breasts amputated;) deip flap (similar to a tummy tuck;) phase one reconstruction of both breasts using the tissue and nerves and skin from the tummy tuck; and she had to have a diastasis recti repair. Unfortunately, this is the just the beginning of a very long hard battle. Chemo and multiple other procedures will follow at some point. She and her children can use all the love and support we can give, and she is beyond grateful.
