At last sweet baby Hazel Grace has arrived & is PERFECT, and already so dang loved! Congrats to new parents, Jacob and Hayley, who are proud and excited to welcome her into the world. 💜💜💜💜 We all know how exciting and challenging these first few weeks can be so we’d like to support them by sending meals their way.
