On Wednesday, July 8th, Luis suffered a horrific ankle break during a soccer match. Breaking his ankle in two places after his cleat caught the turf while running. Subsequently, he had to undergo surgery the morning of Friday, July 10th, where he received two plates, microfiber threading, and numerous screws.
