Hi all. I am a single working mother to 3 boys ages 16,9 and 7. I started working in law enforcement about 2 years ago. However I am on a step pay scale meaning I still make the minimum until I reach year 4. I am able to pay for our bills, but after household bills and needs are paid I cannot afford anything else other than gas to get to work. I've missed the deadline for help through our county. And I'm losing hope for Christmas this year. They don't need expensive things. But I want them to have SOMETHING to wake up too. They are the most understanding children ever. And always say " it's ok mom maybe next time" or " it's ok mom you work hard for what we have" but no child should have to be okay with not getting anything for Christmas. And due to how my bills fall and only being paid once a month there's no way for me to skip paying lights or water or rent. So here I am holding back tears and pushing aside my ego to try for my boys! They love gaming,Legos, spiderman and they've only asked for bmx bikes and robux for Christmas. Please help me provide Christmas for them even if it's just 2 items each. I believe God will always provide so I try not to worry but I am beyond upset this year and feeling like such a failure. That I am here asking for help.
