It is incredibly hard for me to write this, but today I am asking for help for the man who has always been my protector, my guide, and my hero. My uncle, the man who raised me — the one who stood up for me, defended me, and protected me from the world — recently suffered a stroke. His recovery will take time, therapy, medical care, and a lot of support. As many of you know, strokes can change life in an instant, and the medical expenses are already becoming overwhelming.
