Pray & Support: Sheena’s Fight Against Squamous Cell Carcinoma Our beloved friend Sheena — a gifted hairstylist, devoted single mom of three, and a woman of faith — has recently received a heartbreaking diagnosis of Squamous Cell Carcinoma. She is now facing a difficult season, but she is trusting in God every step of the way. On January 16, 2025, Sheena will undergo major surgery to remove her thumb down to the knuckle. If the cancer has spread further, doctors may have to remove the entire thumb. After surgery, she will have a PET scan to determine the next steps in her treatment. Through all of this, Sheena is holding firmly to her faith. She believes God is with her, strengthening her, and guiding her through this battle — but as a self-employed single mother, the financial strain is overwhelming. She will be unable to work for an unknown amount of time during recovery, all while continuing to care for her two children still at home. We are creating this page to support Sheena with: • Medical and treatment costs • Lost income while she cannot work • Household and childcare expenses • Any unexpected needs during her healing journey Sheena has always poured love, encouragement, and kindness into the lives of others. Now, it is our turn to pour into hers. If you feel led, please consider donating. No amount is too small — every gift is a blessing. And if you cannot give financially, your prayers, shares, and words of encouragement are deeply appreciated. “God is within her, she will not fall.” — Psalm 46:5 Thank you for surrounding Sheena with prayer, love, and support as she walks through this storm with faith, courage, and hope in Jesus’ name. ❤️
