Support for Lisa post surgery

Portland, OR

W
Story

We've created this page to show our dear Lisa lots of love and support as she heals from her surgery that is scheduled for November 25th. Lisa's close friends Lee and Teresa will be with her for surgery and as she comes home, and we'll provide updates here. Her family will be in Portland to help her right after the surgery for a few days. Most of the help she'll need (as you can see in the availability) will be after her family goes back home approximately a week after surgery, but she'll still be be up for visitors that first week to come by and lift her spirits. Feel free text her once she's home and ready for texting. For a few weeks post surgery, let's support Lisa with visitors and strolls during the rainy Portland months. A concern of hers is her mental health as she recovers, so stopping by those first few weeks and getting out of her apartment to stroll, which will be part of her healing process, is one way we can show up. We've also added some slots for meals here and there so that she won't have to cook (we all know that Lisa is not big on cooking ;)). For those of you not in Portland, we're glad you're checking in here to show your love and we'll update you all on her progress. Thank you so much for being part of Lisa's community and helping her to heal and stay connected. - Teresa & Lee
