It is with an unbearable heaviness that we share the devastating loss of Kimberly Owens, just 25 years old—a daughter, a mother, a girlfriend, a sister, a friend… a light that meant so much to so many. Kimberly leaves behind two very young daughters who were her entire world. She loved them fiercely, protected them endlessly, and dreamed of their futures every single day. She also leaves behind her loving boyfriend and a heartbroken family whose lives will never be the same. Kimberly was pregnant with her first baby boy, a child she was so excited for. She spoke of him with joy, hope, and a mother’s unconditional love. She dreamed of holding him, watching her girls meet their baby brother, and building a beautiful future for her growing family. On January 1st, Kimberly experienced tragic complications and gave birth to her sweet baby boy sleeping. A loss no mother should ever have to endure. Despite unimaginable pain, she fought on—because that’s who she was. On January 2nd, during an emergency surgery, Kimberly passed away. In just two days, this family lost both a mother and a baby. There are no words that can truly capture the depth of this tragedy. Two little girls now face a world without their mama’s hugs, her voice, her comfort, her guidance. A family is grieving not only the loss of a daughter and sister, but also the future moments that will never come—birthdays, milestones, holidays, and memories that were supposed to be shared. The pain left behind is immense. The silence is deafening. And the heartbreak is something no family should ever have to carry. Right now, this family needs prayers, love, compassion, and support more than ever. If you are able, any purchased or cooked meals for the family would be greatly appreciated. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers. Hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight. Life is fragile, and tomorrow is never promised. Rest peacefully, Kimberly 🤍 You were so deeply loved, and you will never be forgotten.
