In the middle of June, I found a lump in my left breast and underwent various procedures to investigate what it was. On August 1, 2024, my life took an unexpected turn. I received news that no one is genuinely ever prepared to hear: I was diagnosed with breast cancer. At that moment, everything shifted. Fear, uncertainty, and a flood of emotions washed over me. Yet, beneath it all, I felt determined to face the road ahead. Since that fateful day, my journey has been one of discovery, not just of my strength, but of the incredible support from my loved ones, friends, and medical team. Cancer may be part of my story now, but it does not define me. I am determined to fight this battle with hope, courage, and heart. I am sharing my story because there is power in numbers.
