Supporting Shaun through Chemo

Taylorsville, KY

Story

This reoccurrence and treatment of Ovarian cancer has hit hard. The side effects of the chemo much stronger than with chemo 5 years ago. The side effects of nausea, weakness, aches and extreme fatigue have hit day one and have stayed persistent. From infusion day until the 2 week mark are expected to be the worst. I receive this chemo every 28 days for 6 months. I was against the help in the beginning, thinking surely I could handle everything. But I've been so much more sick this round and would appreciate any help, especially for my family during the weeks in down.

Special Notes

Shellfish allergy. Soups are always good, roasted veggies, potatoes. Meats are difficult but I need the protein so mixed in soup or meals is great.
