Our CAR-T Journey Many of you know that since my cancer diagnosis in 2018, I’ve been on a long road that’s included chemotherapy, radiation, and ongoing immunotherapy. Now, I’m stepping into a hopeful and exciting new chapter with CAR-T cell therapy. This next phase will require a lot of rest and recovery. For a bit, everyday things—especially cooking—will be hard for both me and my caregiver, Octavio, as our energy goes toward healing and getting through each day. If you’re able to help with a meal or delivery, it would truly mean so much to us and lift a big weight off our shoulders.
