Ken and Sandy are asking for your prayers for Eric. Since November he has had pneumonia, RSV, and battled a horrible cough. Because of the small spots still on his lungs from the pneumonia in Feb/March he went through a couple lung scans. The lung specialist said all is well with his lungs but by chance (we believe it to be by the grace of our Lord God) they saw something suspicious with his heart. An echocardiogram and another special scan showed an ascending aortic aneurysm. So, Eric is scheduled for heart surgery on June 17th at Abbot to replace the Aorta. Please pray for a successful surgery with no complications. He will spend 2 days in ICU and 5 days in a regular room, then 6 plus weeks recovery at home. Thank you for your prayers.
