Supporting KaMaria’s Fight With Cancer

W
Story

Hi friends & family, I’m four months into chemotherapy for triple negative breast cancer, with about seven more months of treatment ahead of me including surgeries and radiation. It’s a long road, and I won’t pretend any part of it is easy. The chemotherapy and immunotherapy are affecting my heart’s ability to pump the way it should, and they’re wearing down my muscles to the point where standing and walking have become genuinely hard some days. And through all of it, I’m still trying to be a mom to my two loves, Khloë & Kobra, as well as being a functioning human being in my own life. I created this page because I’ve learned that asking for help isn’t weakness. It’s necessary right now, and honestly, it’s a gift to be surrounded by people willing to give it. So if you’re here, I’m grateful to have you. Every single one of you who shows up for me, in ways big or small, is carrying me through this. I don’t take that lightly, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to say thank you enough. What support is most helpful A meal drop off is one less thing for me to think about on the days my body just won’t cooperate (check the food preferences below for what my crew and I actually love). Gift cards for groceries, delivery, or gas gives me a little breathing room when standing in a store or driving isn’t in the cards. Thank you for being here, and for walking through this with me.
