We are coming together to support The Hand Family during an incredibly difficult and uncertain time. The Hands are one of the most resilient, caring and joyful families you will ever meet. They are the first to lend a hand when anyone is in need — and now they need some love in return. As many may already know, Lewis is facing some serious health challenges, including an invasive heart procedure, which has unexpectedly put Lewis in the hospital and put both Lewis and Aimee out of work for an unknown period. As many also know, their sweet daughter Annee also has her own set of health battles, which require regular treatments at UVA Children’s Hospital every 4 weeks. She also has some important procedures and surgeries coming up that they need to work around. As you can probably imagine, the emotional strain on them right now is significant and we want to rally around them so Aimee can focus on Lewis’ immediate health, upcoming medical appointments for both, and caring for their two young children - Annee and Finlee.
