From Robin’ mom Robin's daddy has been in and out of the hospital with stomach pain. At first on 12/1/25, we thought it was just constipation, but the doctor decided to do a biopsy on his liver on 12/2/25 just to be safe. While we were waiting on the biopsy, his stomach pain went from moderate to severe. He was admitted 12/8/25 for severe abdominal pain and a pulse ox of 82%. Then the biopsy results came back. He has stage 4 pancreatic cancer with malignant stomach acid cells. He started chemo 12/10/25 and he will continue every 3 weeks with an aggressive chemo treatment that compiles 3 chemos into one and lasts for 3 days. He was able to come home today, but he isn't out of the woods yet. We are anticipating 6 months of chemo and a possible surgery on the pancreas. Please forgive Robin for being absent from numerous practices. Everything should be a little easier since her daddy is home and we will be able to participate.
