On Friday, June 12th, Erika had to go in for an emergency c-section. While the plan was to have one, it just happened sooner than expected. Because of that, we haven’t had time to prepare much of anything. We are calling on our village of friends and family to help with meals for a couple weeks hopefully, as we transition to having two kiddos and while Erika heals from having surgery.
No dietary restrictions for any of us! Erika doesn’t like raw tomatoes, though can pick them off things. Emilia is pickier, but we also have easy things to prepare for her if for some reason she’s not a fan of whatever the meal is.
