In Fall 2024, John P. received a diagnosis of early stage bladder cancer. After 3 surgeries and immunotherapy, it's unfortunately spread to the muscle wall of the bladder. So, John started chemo in August 2025 with aggressive treatments for 2 months. In late November he will have surgery to remove his bladder, prostate and lymph nodes, followed by a 3ish month recovery. John's legendary positivity will surely help support him during this journey... And so can we! While John is a bit uncomfortable asking for and receiving help from others, he has agreed to allow his friends to show their love and support through this InKind page.
