The Aurora Community Campus is specifically designed to help students who have been involved in the criminal legal system or are justice-adjacent (someone in their family or close circle is justice-engaged) to have an opportunity to reclaim education as a path to the future. The campus serves approximately 15 students ages 14-18 who need food for breakfast and lunch to stay healthy and engage in learning. Due to how the system is set-up in Colorado, the student's do not benefit from free and reduced price lunch (though all would qualify) and instead rely on local food banks and generous donations. Thank you for helping our students!
You don't even need to cook (though we welcome that). You can send staples (like pancake mix) and pre-made meals like freezer lasagna, pizzas, meatballs, corndogs, snacks, etc. anything you can buy in quantity. Let us know and we will be happy to offer a pick-up as well.
